The Customer Master can be Searched, Sorted, Filtered and Grouped, as described in that section in this quick tour. Pertinent information, such as Customer Contact information, Customer marketing profiles, Bank and Credit Card information, Notes, Accounting transactions, Open Memos and Invoices, Complete transaction history, and Statistics are kept in the Customer Master.

GemAccountant contains a complete Customer Accounting and Customer Tracking system. Invoice, Credit and Payment Transactions can be viewed side by side to Memo and Inventory information in the Customer Master.

Scanning Customer Memos, Customer Memo Returns and Sales not only goes a lot faster than if they were to be typed in, but they are more accurate as well.
